HOLBROOK, NY – Four Seasons Sunrooms, the Premier Sunroom and Conservatory Manufacturer in North America, recently announced that F & S Building Innovations of Roanoke, VA has been selected as one of the winners of its prestigious Sunroom of the Year Design Awards.

The competition in this contest was very fierce, with hundreds of outstanding entries in every category. Chosen from among hundreds of entries to the contest, F & S Building Innovations won the award for a sunroom it built for Richard Cloney of Keysville, VA.

“This was an outstanding job,” James Ruppel, Four Seasons Sunrooms marketing director said. “It was very difficult selecting the winner for this category because of all the beautiful jobs submitted by all our franchises, dealers and retail stores. In the end, F & S Building Innovations was simply the best of the best. They should be very proud of the work they did on this job.”

Four Seasons’ Sunroom of the Year Awards Contest is an annual competition the company runs among its hundreds of franchises, dealers and retail stores worldwide to recognize the best jobs built by the best companies. Every company has an opportunity to submit photographs and a brief description of the jobs it feels best represent the Design Criteria of the contest.

Each contest entry is judged on its:

• Incorporation into Existing Structure
• Aesthetic Beauty
• Interior Design

“It is a testament to the quality, professionalism and skill of the company that they won this award,” Ruppel said. “It was a tough competition, but in the end, they won it for the excellent work they did designing and building this award-winning sunroom. We are very proud of them.”

F & S Building Innovations won the Regional Product Category Award for the Northeast Region Aluminum Sun & Stars Rooms. This entry is now further entered into the next round of judging to select the Overall Winner for the Region. The winners of that round of judging will be entered in the final round to select a Grand Prize Winner that will be selected by the editors and staffs of major consumer magazines.
