We specialize in interior renovations, working mainly in health care facilities and grocery stores, environments that require major attention to cleanliness and safety. All of our employees and subcontractors are aware of the importance of being clean and safe. Each employee participates in an active safety program, with weekly follow-up meetings. Each employee participates in weekly safety meetings, OSHA courses, CPR/First Aid Training, fall protection, along with other important ongoing training. We have pre-employment drug testing and do extensive interviewing and reference checks prior to hiring.

Renovating a building has challenges that are usually not found with new construction. It often requires working during off-peak hours and around existing employees and customers. This means creative scheduling and flexibility. This has made us the leader in interior renovations, and why much of our business is from repeat customers. We know how to be flexible and keep our customers up and running if at all possible. We realize down time means loss of income, so we try to accommodate our clients' needs so they can continue to operate during construction. We have completed million dollar projects without the customer losing even one hour of business.

We are also capable of completing ground up construction. We built the new Farm Credit building in Rocky Mount, working closely with an architect, and helped plan and design the project from conception to completion.
