F&S Building Innovations started with the idea of "Building for Your Future," and over the years has kept that focus. F&S Building roots came from a small "one horse" operation in 1976. The primary focus of the company was home building and small remodeling jobs. A job well done promotes growth. This attitude soon made it necessary to hire additional employees.

Home building remained our focus from 1976 until 1987 when F&S purchased a Four Seasons Sunroom franchise. This addition brought a fresh and renewed effort to grow the company, and to become the regional leader in sunroom products and installation. This was accomplished, and the vision continues today. We constantly work to be the best company possible for the benefit of our employees, our community, and our customers.

F&S entered the light commercial arena in 1991 and have since become remodel specialists for healthcare facilities, grocery chain upfits, and office renovations. We are very conscious of job site safety. We keep areas free of debris, and are willing to operate at off-peak times so that disruptions are minimal.

F&S continues to offer services in both the residential and commercial sectors. Whether it is a room addition, basement remodel, garage, sunroom, porch enclosure, or a commercial renovation - our personnel are waiting to serve you and your construction needs.
